Patient First Visit

At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Dallas, we welcome every new and returning patient with open arms because we truly care about you and your oral health. During your initial visit, we will perform standard procedures such as an examination and a consultation. Our leading Dallas dentists will check for cavities between your teeth. They will also check for plaque and tartar on your teeth. Patients will also receive a gum examination so that we can analyze and help prevent gum disease. Depending on the current state of your oral health, treatment can be started on the same day or a day in the future. This is so that we allow for proper time to create a customized treatment plan if the procedure is more complex. For a better understanding of your current health, we ask that new patients bring related paperwork, list of medications/conditions, and any previous X-Rays if applicable.

X-Rays

We ask that patients bring or request X-Rays from your previous dentist or physician and bring them to their dental appointment. This allows for us to understand your current state including your oral health history. If we need additional X-Rays, no worries at all, they can be taken in our comfortable dental office.

Patient Finances

At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Dallas, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card as form of payment. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements were made by our staff. We do offer monthly payments, but patients will have to request this option before any dental procedures. Our offices will send a monthly statement, but we recommend patients being on top of their remaining balance.

We care about being on the same page with you, at all times, which is why we work closely with you to make sure you’re comfortable with each step of your dental visit including insurance options.
